General Terms

These Terms apply to all services offered by x bajji, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, crash games, fishing games, and any promotional or loyalty programme. Access to x bajji is provided exclusively for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

x bajji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via email to your registered address or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of x bajji following such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall be the authoritative version.

x bajji operates as an online entertainment platform targeting adult players in Bangladesh. All monetary amounts displayed on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise specified. x bajji does not accept liability for currency conversion costs incurred by players using non-BDT payment instruments.

By using x bajji, you confirm that:

Account Registration

To participate in any real-money activity on x bajji, you are required to register a player account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. x bajji reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time.

One Account Policy: Each individual may hold only one registered account on x bajji. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, x bajji will close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and may withhold balances pending investigation.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. x bajji will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify x bajji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. x bajji accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate password security.

KYC Verification: x bajji operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents (such as a national ID card or passport) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or at any point x bajji deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification to x bajji's satisfaction may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

x bajji reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason for such refusal.

Deposits & Withdrawals

x bajji supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Deposits: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your x bajji account instantly upon successful processing. x bajji does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges which are outside x bajji's control.

Withdrawals: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account (same-method policy). x bajji targets processing of bKash and Nagad withdrawal requests within one to four hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing times. These timescales are operational targets, not contractual guarantees.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable turnover requirement before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• x bajji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts registered in your own legal name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• x bajji reserves the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited before releasing a withdrawal of significant value.

Refused Transactions: x bajji reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or any other financial irregularity. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation and, if fraud is confirmed, may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

Bonus Terms

x bajji offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms which will be published alongside the offer. The following general bonus rules apply to all x bajji promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

Eligibility: Bonuses are available to registered, verified players aged 18 or above. Players who have self-excluded or have accounts under suspension are not eligible to receive or claim any bonus. x bajji reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering (turnover) requirement. This requirement specifies the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Failure to meet the wagering requirement within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Validity: Each bonus carries a validity period, typically expressed in calendar days from the date of issuance. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically without replacement.

Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution. Bonus Abuse: x bajji operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Practices including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to systematically convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, coordinated multi-account bonus claiming, and use of automated betting tools will be treated as material breaches of these Terms. x bajji reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where bonus abuse is identified.

User Obligations

By using x bajji, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of account balances.

Accurate Information: You agree to provide only truthful, accurate, and complete information to x bajji during registration, KYC verification, and at any other point where information is requested. You agree to keep your registered details current and to notify x bajji promptly of any changes to your personal information.

Lawful Use Only: You agree to use x bajji solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not use x bajji for any commercial purpose, for money laundering, for financing any illegal activity, or for any purpose that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Conduct: The following activities are strictly prohibited on x bajji:

• Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one registered account.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, or automated tool to interact with x bajji games or the betting platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting markets.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly on the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from x bajji.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. x bajji will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and issue a final resolution within 14 calendar days. All dispute decisions made by x bajji are final and binding.

Account Closure & Termination

Player-Initiated Closure: You may request the closure of your x bajji account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, x bajji offers self-exclusion options ranging from a 24-hour time-out to a permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are treated as high priority and are implemented within 24 hours of confirmation. x bajji-Initiated Closure: x bajji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Underage gambling or misrepresentation of age.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• Any conduct that x bajji reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its players, or its operations.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. x bajji will send a notification to your registered email address before applying dormancy procedures. Dormant account balances will be maintained for a period of 36 months from the date of last activity, after which any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

Limitation of Liability

x bajji provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While x bajji makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate, and functional at all times, no warranty — express or implied — is given as to uninterrupted access, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.

No Liability for Losses: Gambling involves risk. By using x bajji, you accept full responsibility for all financial losses arising from your gaming and betting activity. x bajji does not accept liability for any loss of funds resulting from your voluntary participation in games or sporting events, nor for any loss arising from your failure to use available responsible gaming tools.

Technical Failures: x bajji will not be liable for any loss, disruption, or inconvenience caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, third-party software errors, payment provider outages, or any other technical failure outside x bajji's direct control.

Third-Party Content: Games supplied by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) are governed by their own respective terms. x bajji does not accept liability for errors, faults, or disputes arising from the internal logic or software of third-party supplied games, except where x bajji has agreed to act as the formal point of contact for player disputes.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold x bajji, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, liability, loss, damage, cost, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the platform in violation of applicable law, or any fraudulent or abusive activity conducted through your registered account.

Maximum Liability Cap: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x bajji's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Language and Contact: These Terms are governed by and construed under the principles applicable to the jurisdiction in which x bajji operates. All formal communications regarding these Terms must be submitted in English to [email protected]. x bajji will respond to formal legal notices within 14 calendar days.
